Fundamentals First, Inc. was created to help instruct children ages 5 and up on the proper skills necessary to develop a greater appreciation and understanding for basketball.

The company provides various levels of training that requires the participants to work on a set of particular skills until they have mastered them. As the participants grow in ability the skills become more advanced and more situational information is reviewed.

As part of the skill training the company provides strength and conditioning camps that prepares participants to excel in a variety of sports.

Along with training the company also provides Instructional (K-2) and Competitive (3-8) Leagues that emphasis the proper fundamental skills learned at the various camps.
